I'm starting a training Journal that is going to include my daily workouts and some of my meals during the day.
Here's my split: Sunday - Chest Monday - Calves and abs Tuesday - Back Wednesday - Legs or Chest/ or off day Thursday - Shoulders Friday - Triceps Saturday - am: Biceps pm: Legs |

Good luck with your training... are you bulking or cutting? Only suggestion I might make is to have at least one day a week (every week) where you are neither doing cardio or lifting, just to give your CNS a break.

Back Warmup: 1 set/ bent over rows/ 135lbs x10 Workout 4 sets/ bent over rows/ 185lbs x12 4 sets/ hyperextensions/ 35lbs plate x10 Drop set to no weight x10 3 sets/ pullups/ 0lbs x12 The hyperextensions absolutely murdered my lower back. I just started doing them 2 weeks ago and I'm pretty sure my body still is in shock whenever I do them. |

Hmmmm... well I started off at 218 at around 20% body fat and I'm currently 169 at 9% body fat. I've been training for about a year now. The lowest weight I got to was around 159 still at around 9% body fat but that was when I was not eating enough and probably had an eating disorder unfortuneately [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] I'm trying to lower my body fat % to around 7% so I guess I would claim to be cutting. Please the more questions the better. Anymore information people would like to know? I'd be glad to provide it |

Oh yeah it was. ****.
And normally we go 185+ up to 205, but for some reason both of us were being fatasses today.
