Your stats sound good. At 6.5% with 5 week to go, how much more are you planning to lose?

Thanks. I am not sure really. I am goign to go more on appearance than percentage. I just got that done to have an idea.

12:00pm:
6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs
1/2 cup plain oats sweetened with splenda

3:00pm:
8 0z Sirloin
salad
small sweet potato

5:00pm:
Amino Acid Pills

6:45pm:
Post workout shake
(40 gram whey, 75 grams dextrose, 10 grams creatine, 5 gram glutamine, 1 gram vit c)

8:00pm
5 oz chicken breast
broccoli

9:30pm
3 oz of sirloin

10:30
40 gram whey
1 tbsp. natural peanut butter
ZMA

Change to my diet starting tommorrow:

Mon-50 carbs
Tue-100 carbs
Wed-50 carbs
Thur-100 carbs
Fri-350 carbs
Sat-50 carbs
Sun-100 carbs


Bumping up cardio a bit later in the week. Around 15 minutes.

Did 30 minutes of posing tonight. Had another bodybuilder help me. Learned a bit...have a lot more to learn.
