11:00am: woke up 5g glutamine Vitamin C Vitamin E Multi ECA Amino Acid Pills 11:15am: Walk 12:00pm: 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs 1/2 cup plain oats sweetened with splenda 3:00pm: 8 0z Sirloin salad small sweet potato 5:00pm: Amino Acid Pills 6:45pm: Post workout shake (40 gram whey, 75 grams dextrose, 10 grams creatine, 5 gram glutamine, 1 gram vit c) 8:00pm 5 oz chicken breast broccoli 9:30pm 3 oz of sirloin 10:30 40 gram whey 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter ZMA Vit. C

Mon-50 carbs Tue-100 carbs Wed-50 carbs Thur-100 carbs Fri-350 carbs Sat-50 carbs Sun-100 carbs Bumping up cardio a bit later in the week. Around 15 minutes.
