Default First Competiton...5 weeks out and counting...(comments welcome)

Today i am five weeks out from the NPC Terra Haute Indiana show. I am 19 and in the teen division. I weigh 190 and am at 6.5% bodyfat.

sun-chest, tris, abs
tue-off
wed-back,bis, calves
thur-shoulders, abs
fri-quads, hams, calves
sat-off

Cardio 30 min each morn first thing on an empty stomach and 30 min after each workout.

Mon-50 carbs
Tue-200 carbs
Wed-100 carbs
Thur-200 carbs
Fri-450 carbs
Sat-100 carbs
Sun-200 carbs

Proteins:
Egg whites
Tuna
Salmon
Chicken Breast
Ground Turkey
Extra Lean Beef
Peanuts
Natural Peanut butter

Carbs:
Sweet potatos
Red potatos
Brown Rice
Oatmeal

Greens:
Aspargus
Broccolli
Green Beans


What i ate thursday:

7:15- Amino Acid Pills
5 grams glutamine
ECA
7:30- Cardio (walk 30 minutes)
8:00- 1/2 cup oats (with splenda)
4 egg whites (1 whole) 5 oz lean beef
11:00- 6-9 oz chicken 1/2 cup brown rice
2 cups vegtables
1:00- 6-8 oz salmon
1 cup vegtables 5 oz sweet potato
4:00- 6-8 oz chicken
2 cups vegtables
6:00- ECA
Amino Acid Pills
8:00- Post Shake 2 scoops whey
scoop gatorade powder
scoop dextrose
creatine 10g
gluatmine 5g
9:00- 8 oz lean beef or sirloin steak
2 cup vegtables
11:00- 1/2 scoop whey protein glutamine
Amino Acid Pills

3:00 or 4:00 am-1/2 scoop Protein shake glutamine



I drink around 1.5 gallons of water day.

Thanks. Yeah i should have some pics of it. Ill keep ya posted.

I dont have much time to post on here but for the next 5 weeks im going to make it a priority. I need motivation and help with what to do. Thanks guys.

Got a copy of "Perfect Posing" today. I am about a week behind on starting my posing but i think i can catch up. I learn fairly quick.

I will be happy to try to help. You will get excellent input from the Mods here too. They are outstanding at what they do. Post away...my first thought in looking at your first page diet was maybe separating the salmon(good efa's) and the starchy carb(sweet potato). If anything maybe change that meal to your pre workout meal if you want to have both.
