Ahem.. I will contribute my favorite smoothie

Blend the following:
1 cup Cottage Chese
6 - 10 strawberries
some ice cubes
stawberry/unflavored/vanila whey: 2 scoops

blend it for a good while, it won't get to creamy, it will be pretty thick
My whey shake brings all the boys to the yard...

Whey Ice lollies!

Simply go out and buy one of those kiddies home made Ice Lolly kits, shake up some of your favourite whey protein (milk or water works fine), pour it into the lolly molds, stick 'em in the freezer and 2 hours later.....Whey Ice Lollies!

Chicken Dijon

Mix together -
1.5 T. Olive Oil
1.5 T. Dijon Mustard
1 large clove of garlic minced
.5 tsp Basil or tarragon

Season 2 Boneless Chicken Breasts with salt and pepper
Cover chicken breasts with mixture
Roll/Cover Chicken Breasts with bread crumbs

Bake in a 450 degree oven until chicken has an internal temperature of 160 to 180 degrees. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle parsley around for a garnish.

Heat oven to 170C
4oz tub low fat cottage cheese
1 egg
enough porridge oats to fill the cottage cheese tub (about 3oz)
1 tablespoon water
1 onion
1 tablespoon yeast extract
1 teaspoon of sunflower oil

1. Preheat the oven to 170c/325f/Gas Mark 3. Lightly grease a medium lasagne dish or loaf tin. Empty the cottage cheese into a large mixing bowl and mash it a little to make it smooth.

2. Fill the empty cottage cheese tub with porridge oats and tip them into the bowl.

3. Break the egg into the bowl and stir everything together until it's well mixed. Pour the oil into a frying pan and heat.

4. Chop the onion and tip into the pan and soften it over a medium heat.

5. When the onion has softened, add the water and the yeast extract and stir till it's all mixed up. Tip into the mixing bowl and stir well.

6. Either tip the whole mixture into a lasagne dish or loaf tin.

7. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, till the top is brown and crispy and the loaf looks as if it has set.

To serve:
If you've cooked it in the lasagne dish, serve immediately, cutting it into chunks as you would a flapjack.

If you've cooked it loaf-style, carefully tip it onto a plate, removing the parchment, then place another plate over it and upend it. (This is so that you get the crispy bit on top.) Carefully slice like a loaf of bread, with a very sharp knife. This is quite soft, so be gentle!

The loaf-style method is also delicious cold. The loaf firms up well overnight and can be sliced thinly
To vary:
Don't limit yourself to onions - add chopped celery, grated carrot - anything of that sort. Bung in herbs like oregano, sage, thyme; add garlic, left over baked beans. Just avoid vegetables that make a lot of liquid when cooked (like tomatoes or mushrooms) as they'll make the mixture too soft to slice.

If you want a larger loaf, just use a bigger pot of cottage cheese and enough oats to fill the pot. One egg is always sufficient for the purpose.

i would thank tuf too, but heating it up in the microwave is really what nullified the disgusting CC taste.

Ultimate Bulking Shake:

-Two servings whey
-2 tbsp's powdered milk
-1/2 cup maltodextrin
-6 tbsp's Brewer's yeast
-1 cup oatmeal
-1 cup milk (add more milk if you want)
-125 gram banana
-Cinnamon (5 grams)

Orange Chicken

1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
3 Tbsp. of frozen Orange juice concentrate
2 tsp. Thyme or Sage
4-5 skinless chicken breast

Place chicken in a baking pan (approx. 8x10). Mix first three ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken coating all sides of chicken. Let it sit in fridge for about 30 minutes.

Place in preheated oven on broil for about 7 minutes, flip chicken over and boil other side for another 7 minutes.

Shrimp and Mushroom Pasta Recipe (got this from my gym..feel free to alter as desired)

6 cups sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon olive oil
4 ounces of chopped spinach
2 green onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup nonfat evaporated milk
1 pound cooked shrimp
6 cups cooked pasta (approx. 3 cups uncooked)
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat until hot. Saut the sliced mushrooms until soft. Add the spinach, green onions and garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Reduce heat, add the white wine and evaporated milk and heat through without boiling. Pour the sauce over the cooked pasta and top with shrimp and Parmesan cheese.

Makes 6 Servings
Serving Size: 8 ounces pasta and 6 ounces sauce

Quick-n-Easy Chicken Burritos

2 cans chicken (like tuna, but its chopped chicken)
2 large flour tortillas
fat free sour cream

Drain chicken, heat it up. Warm up tortillas (15-20 s. in microwave). Spread chicken in your tortillas. Sprinkle lightly w/ cheese. Wrap 'em up. Pour a little sour cream and salsa on top. Eat.

2 burritos = 570 calories; 56 g. protein; 66 g. carbs; 4 g. fat.

Nutrient makeup doesn't include cheese, sour cream, or salsa.
