Someone asked a couple of posts ago but I'm curious too, is this for bulking or for a cut? Or are they for both but in different proportions?

What about Whole Wheat pasta? I like the taste, but is it really whole wheat or like other things just a marketing trick?

I know brilla enriched pasta is made from ground legumes (like beans, lentils, etc.) and is enriched with omega-3. But let someone else tell you if its good or not for a cut or whatnot.

I actually searched that same thing last night! Appearantly it is good as a lean protein but lacks omega 3s I think. From a website I found that 4 ounces has: 98 cals 2 fat 0 carbs 21 protein

It's a general list. So all the foods are for bodybuilders in some aspect of their training. You have to pick the foods that work for what you are working towards at that point in your training.

Yep, all kinds of food. You have to pick out which ones are for a cut or bulk. You'll end up eating almost all of them through your BB life though.
