Really?You know what,I always have my half boiled eggs with light soy sauce and white pepper(powder) for breakfast.I think I can subtitute my soy sauce with liquid amino then.Thanks again Sage.

OldSchool is this the same one that was posted a year or more ago by sicily1962? Sorry.. I was just browsing my favorites and I came apon a shortcut that said "BodyBuilders Grocery List", I had 2 of them so I went to the one and it was the one from a long time ago...!

I am a little bit confused, maybe someone can clarify for me.
I was told on here that I should cut out white rice completely, but it is part of your list as a complex carb?

Thought I would add another food:
Rolled Barley

Looks like rolled oatmeal but has a different taste and a little different texture. Not to mention the fact that it has a GI rating that is half that of oatmeal and it also has more fiber.

canned tuna with green, red, yelow, and green peppers chopped and added along with onion. Thia is what i live on

how do you all calculate calories? coz the list is great! i just wanna know how to do the calories for my bulking diet.

not gonna stop bulkin till i hit 200lbs or close!

1g of protien or carbs = 4 cals

1g of fat = 9 cals
