This include when you cook and what you cook.
I'm trying to get some ideas, as my day is pretty bland and most of the time I just don't eat because I don't know what to cook/don't want to clean up the dishes after. Morning 1/2 cup steel cut oats 4 scrambled eggs (sometimes with cabbage/onions) A piece of fruit Coffee Lunch Chicken Tortillas made from scratch (I nixtamalize my own corn) Something green if I feel like it Maybe some beans if I've made them Dinner 2 Chicken Legs or a chicken breast Something Green (Broccoli, cabbage, bok choy, or spinach) Throughout the day I' m not really sure what I eat haha. If I have tuna on hand probably that, sweet potatoes, I usually make my own tortillas. Usually I have yogurt, raisins, carrots, nuts on hand too. So between my larger meals I usually snack on these things. Maybe even PBJ sandwiches if I'm really hungry. I've made my own cottage cheese a few times but it's a little bit of a hassle so I don't do it often (can't buy it here). I really hate cleaning dishes though. That's probably the biggest reason why I don't eat as much. There's really no such thing as "healthy food" where I live... so it's not like I have the option of going out to grab something healthy. |

Something quick and easy I do for bulking currently is mix heavy cream, protein powder, whole eggs and some water (to thin it out a little, otherwise it is like pudding) in a blender and drink. The fat in the heavy cream helps your body properly use the protein, and it tastes delicious. And the added bonus....only one thing to clean.
I also like oatmeal soaked in lemon juice than rinsed out. It is probably easier to clean to cooked oatmeal since cooked oatmeal becomes like concrete when it dries out. I feel guilty, feeding into your laziness. ![]() In truth, to have a successful cut or bulk, you are going to need to get used to cooking and cleaning.
