This was one of the first threads that I ever stumbled upon here and it helped me a hundred times over. This is surely the starting point for anybody serious about their diet and the sport of bodybuilding. Thanks for the repost of this most useful tool.

Just thought I would add two:
Complex Carbs: Barley Pearls(These badboys have a GI of 27.. very low) Healthy Fats: Avocados(Monounsaturated fat AND vitamins/antioxidants in one package you can't go wrong) |

Oh, and Braggs Liquid Aminos. I spray it on all my steamed veggies. No other seasoning is necessary!

This is the BEST list! I have to add a few things;
