WOOOOOTTT LIGHTWEIGHT !! SICK NEW SQUAT PR
first workout with football team: Bench max out: 185x1 195x1 205x1 215x1 225xmiss squat: 135x10 185x8 205x6 225x4 275x2 NEW PR ! ... 30 pound increase since last time. I have my sights set on 300 for friday or thursday Hang Clean 115x10 new PR 135x7 new PR 155x2 new PR ----May Practice stuff: footwork, stances, bla bla bla all the fundamentals. The coach was fond of my fundamentals I got some compliments. I'm one of the top squatters on the team, everyone can bench 250 but squat 205 reps... see a problem? All in all great first practice, I've made my mark. OH YAE and I'll be a gaurd which means I'm gonna aim to keep my speed the same and get as monsterously huge as possible by agaust. |

A friend of mine told me he was gonna go get crunked up, then on TV someone was telling Conan O'Brien he should be a rapper, and that he'd have to be all crunked. Those are the only 2 places I can recall hearing it but I did hear it 1-2 more times in other instances.

Hey guys ... haven't been around much. I've been feeling sick and busy with football. here's some new maxes
squat = 315 trap bar dead = 355 w/ sore legs so I'm projecting 385-400 bench = 215 ... just missed 225 today clean = 175 My weight dropped 5 pounds this week from being sick and not eating enough. I've only been able to knock out about 2300-2500 cals per day from how busy I've been. I'm down to 209 today from 214 on saturday. EDIT : forgot to mention positions. They've moved me around all week. So far they've had me at Gaurd, Center, Tackle, Defensive End, Inside Linebacker, Outside Linebacker, Long Snapper, Tight End and Fullback. Right now it's looking like they want me as the "12th guy" which blows *** since I can't just be set at one position and I won't start. |

Strong legs man. Huge increases lately. I could use that! Haven't worked my legs in about a month and am repping about 5 reps too low on squats [img]/forum/images/graemlins/crazy.gif[/img]
