Hey there Kuhn; nice journal, and some really nice workouts!

[ QUOTE ]
I know according to the 12 Week Back Program, it says barbell rows, but yesterday I did those and didnt' want to hit my traps two days in a row.

[/ QUOTE ]

For back, I'm assuming they mean bent-over barbell rows, which are waaaay different than upright rows, which are for delts/traps. Bent-over BB rows are one of my favorite back exercises, give em a shot next time.

I just got these from my Dad. They where willed to me from my Grandpa who just recently passed away. My grandpa got them from his Japanese friend in World War I, he gave them to him for some reason. . .I feel incredibly honored to have these.

Now off to the gym for my shoulder workout

Nice shoulder workout Kuhn! I've never tried the 8 Weeks Shoulder programme, but I've heard good things about it from other folks.

D00d, those blades are sw33t. Take good care of those!

It was a quick and simple leg workout, I didn't push it to hard since my legs have not been trained in a few weeks. I had to limp outta the gym in so much pain. I loved it.

And I am still wondering why the put stairs in the entrance to gyms
