Default -- Ignite Your Soul -- Comments Welcome!!

I decided to start a training journal here, for my endless pursuit of bulking up to 165 lbs. I have been absent from gym for a four months total. I can't make an excuse for the extended absence from the gym. But after lurking in these section I have been inspired from many resources, and my thanks go out to all of those people.

As of currently I am 130 lbs A long way to go I know, for 165 lbs. But a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single footstep (or something to that degree)

Here is my training split:

Monday: Bis and Tris
Tuesday: Legs and Calves
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Back and Forearms
Friday: Chest
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Delts

I am not going to bother posting a complex diet, but 6 - 7 meals a day, each with high carb content and high protein. As far supps I use, the basic creatine, glutamine, whey protein, multi and ZMA.

I am going to be posting some pics later tonight.
And thanks for your inspiration and advice in advance

Peace and Train Hard
Kurt

Yeah, yeah I know I need to bulk. ALOT. I been told by numerous people that I already have an excellent base that I can grow upon. (Still can't believe I posted those leg pics)

Even though your pretty skinny I see great potential.

Good luck on your bulk.

What do you mean what kind of calories I am eatting? I am eatting wholesome foods, chicken breast, t-bone steaks, fish, whole grain rice, pasta (for the carbs) etc.
I barely ingest any sugar and if I do it is from the iced tea

I am 5' 5.5" I am short I know, But been told short people show muscle alot easier than our counter-parts.

Did my first workout today in awhile. And where my arms ever pumped from the way to long extended rest.
For Biceps I did a few warm up sets with incline curls

- 3 sets of incline curls, with increasing weight.
- 5 sets of high cable curls, each rep holding holding for 5 secs, and on the 5th final set did 1.5 reps to failure
- Then finally did 2 drop sets of low cable curls 21's. Got the blood flowing good

Next was triceps:

- A few warmups sets of skull crushers, then followed by 3 sets of actual skull crushers. Man I love those things
- 3 sets of dumbell kickbacks supersetted with overhead dumbell extensions
- 3 sets of rope pressdown drops setted.

One of my best arm workouts ever

You definitely have an excellent base. Your lower back is pretty thick, and it appears that you have a nice tear drop going on in your leg.

Good luck Kuhn!
