M#1 (7:00) 1 c Cooked Oatmeal 1/2 C Cottage Cheese 1 Tbsp Nat PB 1 Splenda pkg M#2 (10:15) PWO 16oz Gatorade Kiwi Strawberry 1 scoop Designer Whey French Vanilla Ice Cubes (This was actually good!) M#3 (12:30) SaraLee -3 slices lean turkey breast, 2 slices lean ham Carbdown Flatout Wrap Spinach and grated carrots Sugar snap peas & grape tomatoes 1 c Lite 85 SF/NF Yogurt Sliced Strawberries M#4 (3:30) 1 3oz package no-drain salmon 1 tsp worchestershire sauce 1 c 3-bean salad (see recipe in recipe forum) 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese w/ 1 sf jello mixed in M#5 (5:30) (ate at church so made the best choices I could) 1.5 c pinto beans w/ jalapenos and purple onion plate of lettuce, tomatoes, chopped egg (tried to collect mostly whites with the spoon!) Poured the pintos over the salad instead of dressing. Not too terrible. No Dessert!! That is what I wanted to eat but wasn't sure so I didn't add them this time. |

I'd leave the oats out; you seem to be doing fine without them. I know one woman who eats them before sleep, but she does cardio right before bed.
