Nice leg and ab workout, Sage.

Hey Syd - I guess it is fine. I've not had any others to compare it too. I first bought a small can at Vitamin World and then I ordered a 2 lb jar from DPS. It was as cheap as the small can! I'd like to try somebody's brand of Choc. mint but am afraid to buy a large 5 lb jug and that is all I can find!! I'd hate to waste that much $ if I hated it. I figured vanilla is versital enough to do different things with. I mixed it into my gatorade PWO today and it was very good! (The best it has tasted to me yet!) I think it is something I'll have to develop a taste for period. My DH has loved it from the git-go.

I don't know if there are 2 lb tubs of Optimum Nutriiton's chocolate mint... personally all I've been able to find are 5 lbs, as well. Chocolate Mint is good, but I got rather tired of it quick. I'm curious about the new cookies and cream.

Fitness Labs makes wicked good vanilla flavours; Natural Vanilla and Vanilla Cream. They rock.

I loved the taste of Gatorade in the PWO shake. I always used Gatorade Frost (Glacier Freeze) mixed with the Chocolate Mint. Mmm!

Yeah, I caught that and tried it. I like that too! I like to mix all three for breakfast - oatmeal/cc/nat pb/+ 1 splenda. Yum! Could this work for my last meal also? Or do I need to leave the oats out? That is what I wanted to eat but wasn't sure so I didn't add them this time.

I'd leave the oats out; you seem to be doing fine without them. I know one woman who eats them before sleep, but she does cardio right before bed.
