I tell ya I can't remember=) I forgot my straps yesterday, and when I did deadlifts, I concentrated more on holding the BB then keeping my back straight=( and now it hurts like #§%&amp;

Because of last weeks deadlift I had a weird feeliní in my back and that spoiled my deadlifts this week too &amp;#61516;
