I forgot to note the weight, I'll start doing this on the upcoming tuesday.

Back:
- Pullups on a elevated smith machine bar 5, 5, 5 , 4.
- Barbell rows (explosive positive) 12, 10, 8, 6.
- Deadlifts 15, 12, 10, 8, 6.
- T-Bar rows 15, 12, 10, 8, 25.

For traps I did dumbell shrugs, for 3 sets.

For abs I did weighted situps with extended peak contraction, 3 sets.

Good luck Arkades. I'm looking forward to the colours.

Definitely set some goals for yourself when you can put some thought into it. You'll notice you can make more progress that way, which will help keep you motivated.

Thanks Syddles.
Last night I planned a meal for the first time, counted cals. I have no idea how you guys do it with all your meals, it's hard.
Not even one of the seconds I spent on planning todays breakfast, was a waste. Breakfast today was awesome, 750 cals.

I had 3 hard boiled whole eggs, 6 slices of bread with a slice of turkey on each one.

It might not be the best meal, but you got to give me credit though, first time I actually know what I put in my mouth.

I'm heading for the gym today, today is chest day.

Chest:
- Barbell Flat Benchpress 15, 12, 10, 8, 6.
- Dumbell Incline Presses 12, 10, 10, 8.
- Dumbell Flyes 12, 10, 10, 8.

I tried dips for the first time, I don't think I got the form properly, so I didn't go all out on dips.

Dude man, that's a fat cat in your sig.

My cousin had a cat like that. Whenever it sat on the bed, the bed would sink as if a person were on it.
