Ok i will be using the 13 week Diet but not the workouts for the first 3 weeks i will be taking in an average of 2225 cals unless i need to adjust. My diet will be pretty much the same from day to day and is as follows

My Split
Mon:Chest Tues:Bi's Wedns:Tri's Thurs:Back Fri:Off Sat:Shoulders Sun:Legs I will be looking at other journals as I have seen some interesting workouts and will be using them throughout my cut. Cardio will be done 2-3x a week by either jump roping or HIT style I just don't know when because i have baseball games and will not have time for cardio on days of games |
