Definitly ditch the behind the neck militarys, they really take a toll on your RCs. Other than that your workouts are looking good... keep a rhythm, sleep, eat and you'll be 30 pounds of lean mass heavier in no time.

the past week was pretty rough for me being a vacation and easter week... it was hard to make it to the gym every training day but i am back on track now. i started this new shocking method "blast your bench" (supposed to increase your bench 30 lbs at least in 3 weeks quaranteed, and i checked it through ABC and they told me to give it a whirl) so ill be doing that for the next 3 weeks then no more strange and inconsistent stuff. it will be back to hard core training and strong dedication.

Monday 4/12/04: blast your bench-

Barbell bench press3 min rest b/w each set)
1-155-10
2-165-8
3-175-6
4-185-4
5-195-2

bentover reverse flyesdumbell)
1-25-12
2-25-12
3-25-12

bentover rows:
1-95-12
2-115-12
3-115-12

ab crunchies:

Tuesday 4/13/04: "

(very tiring with only 1 min rest wow!)

leg press:

standing calf raises:
1-200-12
2-200-12
3-200-12

i know it seems odd but i am just following the routine for the shocking method.

both days i also did 3 sets of 50 crunchies
