Default Journal....

i figured it would be a good idea to start a journal today...also about a week ago i started creatine and 3 days ago i bought dextrose/malto-dextrin to take PWO. i am trying my best to take in as much food as possible and to recieve my daily needs for protein/carbs/fats. i also take ZMA, L-glutamine, multi-vitamin, and of course whey. i am on a bulk and trying to gain weight.

current weight: 156 1/4 lbs

monday 4/5/04: Chest

decline barbell- (with some help)

my order of back exercises was a bit weird i felt, i think from now on i will to bent over rows alot earlier in the workout, and also was feeling pretty tired today

welcome to abc!

good workouts!! you're really strong.

it's usually best to hit the same muscle group at one time. for instance hit your lats, then your middle back, upper back and then lower back. and it's also good to hit the compound (most demanding) exercises first in your workout.

Awesome workouts. I usually do bent over rows first, as they are meant to be heavy and phsyically taxing.

yea...thx thats what i was thinking today while doing them, i figured id rather not be as tired so from now on ill do them either first or second and thx for the advice
