Ok, this is a journal for my cardio improvements over 35 days. Basically I'm taking the total distance and calories burned almost daily on my stationary bike. I usually go every day but take a break one day a week. I know the calories burned doesn't really mean anything because it doesn't ask for weight, but I'm just doing it to veiw my improvements. I ride for 35 minutes daily.
Ok, here's my results for the first 6 days, my rest day was yesterday, so I'll post todays results later. ...............Calories burned:.......Distance (M) March 6, 2004.......400.................11.30 March 7, 2004.......457.................12.62 March 8, 2004.......457.................12.56 March 9, 2004.......458.................12.69 March 10, 2004......483.................13.41 March 11, 2004......477.................13.17 Thats it so far, feel free to post comments. |
