I would like to chronicle my 16-week journey to my competition on July 12th to the Indiana State Championships. I am currently following a nutritional/workout plan as outlined by my trainer. I welcome any comments or encouragement (which is very, very welcome). I haven't had my BF% taken in about a year so I have to guesstimate my current stats.... 27 yrs old, 5'6'', 165#, approx. 16% BF 6 week goals: 148#, aprox. 9-10% BF 16 week goals: 4-5% BF (weight???) I will outline extensively my nutritional/workout plan..... all workouts change weekly, so I am only going to record the parts of the workout that stay the same every week.... Daily Supplements: 6t L-glut., 2t Creatine, 2 Pinnacle Andro150poppers, ephedra, 4,000VitC, 800VitE, 4 VitB comp., T EFA oil, 750mg Tribulus, 7 amino acid tabs (2222 by ON), liquid Ginseng extract, liquid Yohimbe extract, 4 CitriMax, MRM massive whey protein powder. Nutritional Breakdown: 250-270g protein/day, 1 serving carbs/day (1.5T cream of wheat or 1/4C brown rice) (approx 20g), 35g protein each meal, meal every two hours, 2 gal. water/day Splits: MON- LEGS All reps=15, SS every set w/Leg Ext., walking db lunges 20# 4x100(each leg), hamstring circuit/giant set: SLD 4x15 Seated curls 4x15 Stdg. curls 4x15 TUE-SHOULDERS, TRICEPS, hyperextensions 35# plate 4x15 WED- walking lunges, hamstring circuit(same as Mon.) THUR-BACK& BICEPS every other week Deadlifts (12, 2x10,8), underhand BOR (12, 2x10, 8) every other week T-bar row (3x10,8) every week, Pull ups 5x10, hyperextensions 4x15, 35# Lat PD (5x10) FRI-LEGS (lunges, ham circuit &SS leg ext same as Mon), SHOULDERS SAT-CHEST CARDIO 60 min. 6xwk. heart rate@140-150bpm. Sat. 45 min. + 25x bleachers. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Did I forget anything? I double checked, I think I'm ok.... Well, let's start w/today.... I work third shift... 11:00 p.m. 1 oz. beef jerky, 1 protein bar (35g total protein), (3g fat) 1 andro popper, 1 dropper Yohimbe & Ginseng, Ephedra HCI 25mg, Guaifenesin 200 mg, 2 Citrimax, 1C coffee 2t. non-dairy creamer, 1t. sugar free hot choc. (5g carbs) 1:00 a.m. 1.5 scoops MRM (35g protein, 3g fat, 3g carbs) Well that's all for today, I'll put down everything later.... |

What kind of competition is it? I'm also training for one at the end of May...

Working legs on M, W, and F might be a bit much and with running beachers on Sunday. Do you plan on a rest day?
Is the competition in Indianapolis?
