Hey guys. Ive been doing a major evaluation on my cut and really trying to figure out why im not really losing the fat like I'd like. Ive come to the conclusion that I'm not doing enough cardio/HIIT(3times a week), and also my calories may be alittle low (2000 a day). I'm gonna start doing more cardio and if that dosnt work then i may reset my calories. But i thought i should just start a brand new journal to get me started. I wanna lose about 10lbs. of FAT in about 7 weeks. Is that possible? I sure hope so. I will be posting my diet, workouts, hopefully pics, and maybe just shoot the breeze from time to time.
