Checked my weight today. I am almsot like 2 weeks into the
cut schedule. I dont seem to have lost any weight. But I can see that my belly has gone in a little. Any clue as
to whats happening. Initially I was ona kind of bulk program, I should say for almsot years

Yesterday was a blast.
Did HIIT on the stairway (@work lol)at around 4:00pm.

Went home and did the wednesday schedule.
Since I am working out at home, I have access only to
barbell and dumbell.
I Did squalts 10 * 3.
Leg extensions 13 * 3
Forgot to do the streches for thighs.

Calves I do presses standing on the edge of a step.
Its something like a strip set. First I do weighted
(holding a dumbbell in hand) with both legs. Then single leg. Then without weights. Togther it came to around 12 sets.

Default Well

Guys,
I am back again. I am still 80Kg. I have joined a local gym now. Planning to do the 12 week fat buring workout.
Dont know how far I will go. All my previous attmpts have been failures. Lets see how its going to be this time.

I just kick started today. Did triceps, shoudlers and abs today. Woke up late today hence coudnt go for morning walk.
Want to jog, but cant due to pain on calf bone near ankels
to the front. The guy in the gym for was encouraging and couting
so had a good workout.

Its my 3rd day in the gym. Was feeling really good to go back there. Did hanging crunches after a few sets of normal crunches. It really blasted me out. The next day my belly was sore.

Did chest today along with, back. The guy who runs it helped. I finally ended up using. 2 huge plates each. Dont know what weights they are, but was pretty big. Totally ended up doing aroun 6 or 7 sets. The plates were are gleaming like steel. Really felt good after the workout.

There is this other guy who is like a trainer, the owners son I think. I felt sorry for him. He was working out himself there. He was jsut swinging the weights all around.
In the sense he was cheating all the while and not in a smooth controlled motion. I think these guys havent heard anything about cardio. I almost laughed when he said do abs
to get rid of your tummy. :]
