Started a new schedule today. I am planning on a cut.
I walk for 30 minutes. Planning to push this to a jog. I want to make this an HIIT session. Can someone suggest how when ? Mon: Shoulders, chest, forearms Tue: Thighs, Biceps, Traps Wed: Calves, triceps, Abs Thu: Shoulders, back, forearms Fri: Thighs, Biceps, Traps Sat: Calves, triceps, Abs

Isn't working each bodypart 2 times a week overtraining? With a split like that, I don't even see where you are gonna have time for cardio. You need rest! For the question about the HIIT sessions, I'd keep it at 2-3 times per week max. If you have to work out that much, do it 8 hrs away from any weight training. Otherwise, I'd give it it's own day or two.

I decided to dump my schedule and try 12 Week Programme
Today I did cardio and abs. I am eagerly waiting for tomorow. IN

Did chest, triceps and shoulders today as planned.
I am sticking to a 6 piece meal also from today. I will be posting my weight on Thursday. I started the schedule from last thursday and I was weighing 80Kg!! Planning to make to 70Kg, ie 10Kg off ! ! ! ! IN

I am almost a week into my fat brun now. Cant see any
weight loss tho. I am still steady at 80 Kg. I dont feel the tightness the way I used to feel when I was working out twice every muscle. IN

This will be a typical daily diet of mine.
Morning Tea 5:15 am PW shake 7:00am I carry lunch to work, which comprises of 2 cups of rise and raw vegetables (cucumber, carrots and tomoatoe). I break this into 3-4 meals and have it at myde sk during work. Dinner 900pm 2 or 3 chapathis and raw vegetables. IN

Well, even I can see some serious problems in your diet. You only have one protein source!! A protein shake a day is not enough! This diet doesnt even seem like you are breaking 1000 calories! I suggest you scrap this and try the 13 week or 12 week diet. Are you a vegetarian?
