Tue: Thighs, Biceps, Traps
Wed: Calves, triceps, Abs
Thu: Shoulders, back, forearms
Fri: Thighs, Biceps, Traps
Sat: Calves, triceps, Abs

Isn't working each bodypart 2 times a week overtraining? With a split like that, I don't even see where you are gonna have time for cardio. You need rest! For the question about the HIIT sessions, I'd keep it at 2-3 times per week max. If you have to work out that much, do it 8 hrs away from any weight training. Otherwise, I'd give it it's own day or two.

I am almost a week into my fat brun now. Cant see any
weight loss tho. I am still steady at 80 Kg. I dont feel the tightness the way I used to feel when I was working out twice every muscle.

Well, even I can see some serious problems in your diet. You only have one protein source!! A protein shake a day is not enough! This diet doesnt even seem like you are breaking 1000 calories! I suggest you scrap this and try the 13 week or 12 week diet. Are you a vegetarian?
