Hi,
I have been reading this forum for a while, and I will like to congrats everybody for their good works, help, support,motivation and knowledge. Your are all so helpful to each other, WOW , I hope to be part of your family's. I have decided in January to get back in shape, not that I was in a terrible shape but there is my stat. I am 5'6" and my weight in January was 160 pounds so I decided that is was time at 41 years old to go back in real good shape. From now I have lost 13 pounds. My weight is now 147 pounds and if my accu-measure callipser is right, my BF is at 22.8%. Since January I have trained at home, but I decided last week to go back in gym because training alone at home between my 4 green walls, I was turning crazy and loosing my motivation. From now I am having 5 meals/day. I find it hard getting to 6 meals. I am following the 12 weeks for fat burning and I'm doing pretty good, well I think. I try to keep my diet the cleanest that I can. I am having my complex carbs for my 3st meals and the last 2 ones is always fibrous carbs. I try to keep my macronutriment as 40/30/30. I am also having my flaxseed grind every morning into my oatmeals. Regarding supplements, I am not really taking some, but I know I should have some. So I'll improve that as well for drinking waters, I'm not very good at it. So it's another thing I should work. I find that I have difficulty to recover from my training. My muscle are very sore. I was just wondering if I shouldn't enter my online training journal as it will give me great motivation and maybe you can help me to be better and achieve my goal. Long life to abc.bodybuiding Nico

Thank you for the welcome. I don't know why but I feel a little intimidate to start my own journal as I'm not a pro and I just hope not boring people. I have been so long out of a gym that I feel like a stranger with all the new machine but I guess I will come back with my old habits. By the past I worked much more with barbells and dumbells and it was much more a real gym, gym. Now I train in a Nautilus will all new machine's, it's different, but I intend working alot with dumbells and barbells.
