Oy, day one.

Today would have been my biceps day but since I am also beginning a Zane blitz on bi's today I simply did my blitz routine and it was intense. Here it is:

Standing barbell curls
8 reps x 135 pounds
8 reps x 135 pounds
8 reps x 115 pounds
8 reps x 105 pounds
8 reps x 95 pounds

Inlcine Dumbell Curls
8 reps x 40 pounds
8 reps x 40 pounds
8 reps x 35 pounds
8 reps x 35 pounds
8 reps x 30 pounds

Incline Dumbell Hammer Curls
8 reps x 35 pounds
8 reps x 30 pounds
8 reps x 30 pounds
8 reps x 30 pounds
8 reps x 25 pounds

Superset- Lying animal curls w/ revers lying animal curls
(the weight and reps stay the same for both exercises)
8 reps x 80 pounds
8 reps x 80 pounds
8 reps x 70 pounds
8 reps x 70 pounds
8 reps x 70 pounds
8 reps x 70 pounds
8 reps x 60 pounds
8 reps x 60 pounds
8 reps x 60 pounds
8 reps x 60 pounds

I only took 1 minute in between sets and to put it mildly it got uncomfortable. I will be curious how it feels when I attempt 15 sets on bi's tomorrow.

I will post my diet tomorrow, it is late and I need some sleep. Keep checking in as I will be putting everything here in my journal including the duration and severity of my DOMS. This whole program is very experimental so I am viewing this as my own little science project.

Well a forced alteration into my plans. I am moving across country to start a new job so I will be continuing with my diet and my daily workouts but will hold off until 8-2-04 to resume the blitz etc. So it is simply a minor speed bump in my plans.

My forearms I don't really mention in my splits because I work them when I have the strength to do it. I think they are probably my best part as far as bodybuilding goes.

Weapon X -
How did your move go? Are you settled in yet and restarted your training?
