not really, I mean, all my friends are pretty much in the dorms too... whatever, I'm just bringing the Foreman back. It's not like the R.A's are gonna raid my room looking for a Foreman grill.

Holy [*%#*%*#], I was up til 5 am writing 2 papers and studying for a test, got up at 8 to catch breakfast before class...
I don't know if there's any point in lifting today, or if I even can for that matter, maybe I'll just push everything back a day and go in on Saturday (I usually take the weekend off). If I do go in today it'll be back/legs. I know it's unusual, but it isn't a full leg day, it's 5x5 squats, 8,8,6,6,6 legpress, and 4x8 (per leg) high knee lunges. If I get in I'll post the whole workout, but I think I need a second opinion, should I lift today or just push everything back a day??

Personally, I would shift things and wait until you are well-rested to workout. If you have read OldSchool's sleep articles, you can see how vital sleep is to your training. I hope you catch up on your rest soon!

thanks ******
I'm feeling good right now, if I still feel this good I might at least go in and do back. Otherwise, I'm just going to push everything back a day like I said before... I just hate missing a workout.

Hit the chest today, I don't know why, but I had a pretty bad day.
Maybe I'm still behind in sleep from the other night... Here was my day Barbell Bench WARMUP: 135x15, 225x10 275x6 275x6 285x5 295x3 305x2 (Really confused, haven't benched this low in over a month?!?!) Incline (I have to do low weight here b/c I have messed up shoulders, I'm not even supposed to incline actually) 185x8 185x8 185x8 185x8 Flat DB Bench (this is kinda weird, I usually do 80's 2x8 and 85's 3x6, I was a lot stronger in this exercise for some reason). 80's x 8 85's x 8 90's x 7 95's x 7 100's x 5 Low Pulley Cable Crossovers, 3 sets, can't remember weight High Pulley Cable Crossovers, 3 sets, don't know weight Also did some calf work... Kind of a weird workout, had ups and downs. Tomorrow I'll be hitting the legs and back.

Well, this was probably the worst week for me to start a journal, with midterms. My week was horrible. My diet sucked, I've only gotten in two lifts, and I got not nearly enough sleep. Oh well, I'm on my way back home for a week off in about an hour, and then I'll get everything back in order... I'm gonna try out my friends football workout too, see what I think about it, maybe I'll start using it full time until I get mine.

Yesterday I did a football specific workout and it was really tough. I would post it, but my friend asked me not to. It felt great to get a good lift in after my crappy week. My diet is back on track too, and I know since midterms are over, I should be good until finals.

Man this workout is hard. It's a lot different than bbing routines, because it's more of a full body workout, and explosive. But I am still dead after.
Also went to GNC and bought some protein and creatine, went with Optimum, seems to be the most highly recommended one around here that they carried. My diet is getting track... here is todays Breakfast: Oatmeal 3 egg whites, 2 eggs 12 oz skim milk Meal 2 Chicken Breast 2 slices wheat bread 12 oz skim milk Workout PWO shake: 35g Protein, 10g creatine, 75g dextrose Meal 3 Lean Hamburger patty 2 tbsp PB 2 slices wheat bread Meal 4 Chicken Fajitas (dad made them, no idea what was in them, I know he said there was very little fat) 12 oz skim milk Meals Planned for rest of night: 5.) Tuna Sandwich on wheat (1 can) 6.) Protein shake (35g) 2tbsp natty PB 7.) 1 cup cottage cheese (before bed)
