Okay, I decided to start a journal, if anything just for a way to keep track of my workouts. I do some olympic lifts, and some other lifts that aren't typical in bodybuilding routines b/c I'm playing football next year, I also focus more in the mid-rep range to develop strength... Any advice in the workouts would be appreciated
Here was my bi/tri day today: Tris: Skull Crushers 90x15 100x8 110x6 110x6 110x4 DROP 90x5 Close Grip Flat Bench 185x12 205x8 225x6 225x5 225x4 Weighted Dips BW+80x12 BW+80x12 BW+80x12 BW+80x11 Overhead Extensions 75x8 75x8 75x7 75x5 DROP 60x4 DROP 45x5 DROP 30x7 BIS: Barbell Curls 95x12 105x10 110x8 120x5 120x4 Standing Alternate Curls 45x12 45x12 45x11 40x10 DROP 30x8 Incline Dumbells 40x10 40x10 40x8 35x8 Cable 21's 130x21 130x21 130x21 It was a good day, love the weighted dips.

College, I'm at a D2 right now, but I don't like it. I feel like I can play at a higher level, so I'm transferring and walking on... Just something I need to prove to myself.

It's coming along... Today I woke up a little later than I would have liked so it was kinda messed up, but here it was...
breakfast 2 eggs, 3 whites raisin bran glass skim milk, glass of OJ PWO PWO Shake (protein, creatine, dextrose) small serving of tuna turkey on whole wheat bread meal 3 Large serving of tuna 2 tbls natty pb glass of skim milk meal 4 (dorm meal... hate 'em) 2 whole eggs, 3 whites salad fish (can't remember what kind) 2 glasses skim milk meal 5 More tuna 2 tbls natty PB glass skim milk that was it... calories were way too low today, but one bad day won't kill me. I know I'm eating so much tuna, but it's my substitute for chicken since we can't have Foreman grills in our dorms [img]/forum/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]

I don't know, they won't let us have them though... all I have is a bunch of tuna in my refrigerator, a gallon of skim milk, and a jar of natty pb. Other than that, I take whatever I can back from the dining halls after breakfast lunch and dinner.

maybe you could cook a bunch of chicken at a freinds or somethin, then refrigerate it, or freeze some.

I think I might just bring my foreman back after my spring break, I mean what are they going to do?? I don't even think they'd be able to find out, and it's too hard to get enough calories without being able to incorporate chicken breasts. Do you have any other suggestions to what I could just keep handy in a refrigerator if I don't have the Foreman?

ohh they got chicken in a can, ive never had it but i heard it was good. do you got a blender, because you can make meal replacment shakes when your unable to get real food.
but can you cook over at a freinds or somethin?? |
