Hi Frenchie,
Do you know how hard it is to find a trainer (that has competed) around where I live? I found a trainer that has competed twice. He is only doing my diet. I feel confident with the other training (weights, dance, etc.) Have you competed? |

I am still feeling ill but slightly better than yesterday. I felt stronger than I thought that I would even though I fatigued easily and was achy. I did a quick chest work-out and 15 min on the precor. Flat Bench: 10 reps x 65lbs 10 reps x 65lbs 10 reps x 75lbs Incline DBs: 10 x 20lb dbs 10 x 25lb dbs 10 x 25lb dbs Nautilus Wide-Flys: 11 x 30lbs 10 x 30lbs 10 x 30lbs Meal 1: C/P/F scoop prot 23/2/1 2 egg whites 0/12/1 1/2 c oats 27/5/3 Meal 2: 1/2 cx breast 0/15/2 1/2 yam 15/1/0 Meal 3: 1/2 can tuna 0/13/0.5 1/2 lg apple 15/0/0 Meal 4: 2 egg wh 0/12/1 1 c broccoli 10/0/0 Meal 5: 1/2 can tuna 0/13/0.5 1 rice cake 9/0/1 I don't think that I am getting enough calories, but I am having trouble getting in another meal. Working full-time and training is so tough. WAA. J.K. Thanks for all the support. You guys are great. |

As far as getting another meal in, you might have to resort to a Meal Replacement Shake. Real food is better but you may not have a choice. Maybe someone else can suggest something that can be made ahead of time and eaten/drank quickly.
Other than that, I hope all is going well. |

thank you for the suggestion. i will probably have to do that. canned tuna is quick, but man do i get sick of eating that! eww. you r inspiring w/ur busy schedule and training. any other suggestions/comments r welcome. -Suzy |

Day 3:
I am still sick if u can believe it! I think I have a bad upper respiratory infection. It is not even worth putting up my 30 min leg workout. I felt so crappy so I quit. I did have more of an appetite though... Meal 1: P/C/F 3 egg wh 18/0/0 1/2 c oats 5/27/3 1 banana 1/30/1 Meal 2: 1/2 can tuna 13/0/0.5 1/2 lg apple 0/15/ Meal 3: 3/4 c brn rice 3/45/1 4oz tilapia 20/0/0 (unsure of this) Meal 4: 1/2 c brn rice 3/15/1 3oz tilapia Meal 5: 3 egg wh 18/0/0 1/2 c brn rice 3/15/1 1 c brocc 0/10/0 2 rice cakes 0/18/0 My fiance at a slice of my favorite choc silk pie, I just thought of the way it melts in my mouth. Boo Hoo. lol. |
