Been on the 13HCFB diet since January 1st. The first set of pics is from January 28th. The second set of pics is just of abs from February 22nd. About 8 weeks into the diet.

Good progress, I would recommend some more exercises for inne-rchest. You have those triangel "breasts" [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]. Must be benching a lot huh [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] ?

Yeah. Mostly bench style exercises. Any recommendations for innner-chest exercises?

Cable Crossovers, Incline DB/Cable Flyes are the ones that work best for me.

Thanks everyone. I just followed the advice on this site to a T. Never cheated on any of my diet (except one day for my birthday). I do everthing as it is laid out here. It is because of all the awesome advice that I have gotten great results so Thank YOU!
The points I need to work on the most are: - Inner-Chest: always been an issue with me. - Forearms: getting bigger everyday. Once again, Thank you to everyone for all the great help.

Are you going to start bulking now? Even if you arent done with your cut, i think you should go ahead and cleanly bulk.

nice abs, try and work on your inner chest more. cable crossovers and flies should help out a lot
