Good workout, had to do a upper body workout instead of my regular split since I've been out of town. Oh and the 55x10 is a PR for me, it felt good and was strict as well [img]/forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img]. That's also my first time doing ab work in a while.

Good workout, I bumped up the weight on squats 20 pounds from last week and kept the ata form. Oh yea, and I finally got around to purchasing straps, got em for $2.99 [img]/forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img]. I'll only be using them for heavy sets though.

Mine either, anymore, but oh well. Legs are still big just not strong! I'd rather be larger than stronger after all.

Yea, same here. Sorry I missed your post about the weight, I missed my last two weekly weigh ins. I'm anywhere from 170-180..
