Yea, I will ditch two slices of bread and add a cup of oats for my pre workout meal. Thanks for stopping by everyone.
Edit: I changed it, the macros now look like - 2,879 Cals and the p/c/f is 276/258/95 at 39/31/30. |

I'm gonna start off light since I'm starting over and what not, the RC didn't bother me at ALL for this workout! Oh and that quad drop set for the calves was awesome! Man those venom rows rock, I had a great mind/muscle connection throughout the workout with my lats which kicked arse! Try em out if you haven't! Also, I think my strength went down a little but it's tough to tell, since back then I used straps but now I don't. hmmm.... |
