I think he just means younger in comparison to the ones giving you advice or writing articles here on the site.

Rich - Thanks, I'll check out that efa article. But c'mon on the 'younger' comment you're like a few months older than me.

[/ QUOTE ]

I meant younger as in you need more calories than a 40 year old man.

Oh ok. Still feel like crap today. I went to the doc's yesterday and he gave me some alergy medicine, I may lift tonight if I get to feeling better. The reason why I'm not 100% sure on lifting today is because I'm not sure on how good I'll do on breathing with my nose and and throat treating me like this.

Edit: Feeling a little bit better but, I'm gonna take today off. Will most likely lift tomorrow.

Thanks Syddles and thanks for stopping by.

Renob - Eh, I don't know how it got up that high all of a sudden, but hey I'll take it!

Dave - You suck.

Chest is insanely sore, must be the pec deck or heavy benching? Eh, update tomorrow w/ a back/trap workout.

RC has been sore since I did that chest/tricep workout. It felt good after the heavy bench, but it felt odd during the pec deck. So I'm taking off a few days and hit it back up strong!
