Have you read the nutrition articles on this site? Your diet needs a lot of work. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/crazy.gif[/img] You eat before working out, right?

How do you plan to split up your muscle groupes when you get to lifting weights?

I'm assuming you're trying to burn fat? I suggest you read the 13 Weeks Diet and apply those principles. A lot of people here are fans of the 13 week diet. That page will also help you figure out how many calories you need to be eating. That is very important. You should also post how many calories in your diets and their macronutrient breakdown.
