ok here we go. i started my diet and the gym last week.
Goals- lose body fat and maintain and gain LBM. eat better my diet is ok. i do not think i am getting all the cals i need. i need to plug it all in to fitday but i do not like that web site very much. i have to add to much of what i use to get the right numbers. here is what i normally eat in a day. meal one oatmeal and 2 scoops whey. meal two- chicken or some form of meat/salad and a veggie meal three- tuna and 1/2 sweet potatoe gym bout 9pm meal four post work out shake meal five cottage cheese and some chicken or 1/2 pb sandwhich. i know that is not six but best i can do right now. well i have to leave to go home from work add more later tongiht |

yeah man looks like you could use some more cals. I'd cut out the bread at night and up the servings of cottage cheese and pb at that time. also that is natural pb right.
