Okay, today starts the new routine!
<font color="red">Pictures:</font> Jan, 8th 2004 <font color="red">Stats:</font> -Age: 18 -Weight: 203lbs -Height: 6'8'' -Status: Bulking <font color="red">Routine:</font> -Day 1: Chest -Day 2: Biceps/Triceps -Day 3: Shoulders/Traps -Day 4: Back -Day 5: Legs -Abs will be done every other day. -Forearms will be done twice a week. <font color="red">Diet:</font> Consume 3800 calories a day, working way up too 4500 calories a day. Only plan on bulking for about three months. |

Yeah I do calves on leg day. Although I havent ever really focused on my legs, so I expect a lot of growth in the first few months of heavy leg training.
Also the pictures should be working by now, I set them for public. |

Nice work. I say go for a bulk. But looking good, the lats are looking prity wide. The arms are nicly defined as well. Just go for more mass, unless ur going for a more lean look.

Yea I am definitely trying to bulk. I am going to use this journal just to keep track of my workouts, and sometimes food.
So far I've had around 1200 calories today, i need another 2800, but that shouldnt be too hard. Today I will be working out biceps/triceps. Ill post the workout info later. |
