Started in September and here we are today. We'll have to see where the future and my mind take me. Please make any comments related to my posts.
Monday: chest, shoulders, triceps chest flat bench 3x10 @ 70 incline db press 3x10 @ 25 flat db press 3x10 @ 25 flat lying laterals 3x10 @ 10 shoulders db press 3x10 @ 25 upright bb rows 3x10 @ 50 triceps lying bb tricep extensions 3x10 @ 50 dips 3x10 @ 25 |

weight: 148 height: 5'10" bf: I don't know maybe 12% or less: any guesses Hope to bulk up to 165 by summer. |

Did not exercise. Minor aches throughout day from Monday's workout. Nutrition was 9/10 for Monday and 5/10 for Tuesday, worked.
