Today was Chest, shoulders, triceps
Incline DB 130x 3 120x 4 x 2 sets 110x 6 Pec Dec stack x 12, 8 Smith seated BB Press 205x 5 225x 5 235x 4 Side raises 25x 20 DB Overhead extensions 125x 8 130x 8, 6 Notes: Didn't have it today so I skipped out on back. Going to start my deload this week and continue until after Thanksgiving. |

Deload week
-Back, biceps, & forearms Lat Pulldown 3 sets Cable Rows 3 sets DB Rows 3 sets EZ curl bar curls 2 sets Incline DB Curls 2 sets Pinwheel Curls 2 sets Notes: A good time to take break here. My body is pretty worn down physically and mentally. Bodywieght was 233.6 yesterday. |
