Nice workouts!
If you want to add some strength to your lower back, add a couple of sets of Good Mornings to your Squat/Deadlift day. GMs helped both my squat and deadlift go up big time. But definitely don't neglect your hamstrings since that is where a lot of your squat strength comes from. Also, don't forget to do abs to really strengthen your core and add more stability to the lower back. |

LOL I notice you said you were dead after deadlifts. I was thinking that to one day after deadlifting so since then I decided to call deadlifts the "Lift of Death" I've never said that on ABC yet.
