Squat/Deadlift Day Squats 45 x 10 - Warmup 135 x 10 - Warmup 135 x 10 - Warmup 225 x 10 275 x 5 295 x 1 - Felt really good, wasnt that hard either. 275 x 2 - Lower back getting worn out 245 x 7 - Same thing, Lower back is the weak point. Deadlifts 135 x 5 - Warmup 225 x 5 - Warmup 315 x 10 - Woot! PR! 365 x 5 - Woot! Another PR! 315 x 8 315 x 5 315 x 5 I was absoloutely dead after this... good workout.

Chest/Back Bench Press 245 x 8 - I love me 245 x 4 245 x 3 245 x 3 245 x 4 Barbell Rows 185 x 5 180 x 5 180 x 5 175 x 5 175 x 5 Incline DB Bench 95 x 3 - 3rd rep took like 20 seconds, and a guy helped my lock out... that really tore into my strength for the next 4 sets 90 x 1 - EHH!?!?!? lol 80 x 5 - more like it 80 x 4 80 x 3 Dumbbell Pullovers 70 x 10 - woot 70 x 4 70 x 4 70 x 3 70 x 3 Im on the fast track to becoming a beast [img]/forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img] Give me a few years...
