I've been watching your workouts closely and I'm pretty impressed. I like your routine and I'd like to try it but I only have one question.

How are your size gains comming along with this routine?

Well ive been on this routine for only about 10 days... but im loving the strength gains, my theoretical bench has already gone up 25 lbs (max calculator, I they arnt very accurate). Size gains? We will have to see, I feel like my muscles are much more dense now, i'll keep you updated on the size gains!

But to answer your question more bluntly, I do feel that im getting bigger.
