Barbell Curls Good form, 90 sec rest 90 x 5 80 x 5 70 x 5 60 x 5 60 x 5 Skull Crushers 90 sec rest 90 x 4 80 x 8 70 x 9 70 x 6 70 x 3 Alternating DB curls 90 sec rest, Weight per DB 45 x 5 40 x 5 35 x 5 35 x 7 35 x 6 French Presses 1 DB, 90 sec rest 85 x 5 85 x 3 80 x 3 80 x 3 80 x 5 Hammer Curls 90 sec rest, weight per DB 45 x 5 45 x 3 40 x 4 35 x 6 35 x 5 Good workout, went up on weight with French Presses and Skull Crushers... I think this has a lot to do with my Bench Press Increase.

I've been watching your workouts closely and I'm pretty impressed. I like your routine and I'd like to try it but I only have one question.
How are your size gains comming along with this routine? |

Well ive been on this routine for only about 10 days... but im loving the strength gains, my theoretical bench has already gone up 25 lbs (max calculator, I they arnt very accurate). Size gains? We will have to see, I feel like my muscles are much more dense now, i'll keep you updated on the size gains!
But to answer your question more bluntly, I do feel that im getting bigger.
