I see a few things wrong. First of all, why no pullups? Secondly, why did you do like 15 reps for everything? Third, why is your back weak and your chest strong? Did you just start working back? Btw, tufs pic below her name looks like it wants to pick me up, drop me, kick me around, then blend me and drink me for a pwo shake. shes scary [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

i am cutting so i am doing higher reps. and i am doing the ckd so all my energy went out the window. the ckd wouldnt be my first choice for a cut but i am trying to lose weight so i can join the army and i need to drop weight asap. my bench dropped dramatically my 1 rep max was 320 and now i am struggling with around 200. so i am thinking my back is doing the same thing. i aint really worried cause i know once i bulk again my strenght will go back up.
and no pullups cause am 235 and i can only do 2-3
and from what i can see in the pic is that whoever it is, is pretty hot for a bodybuilding chick.

ohh and also when i began lifting like over 2 years ago i was working chest and biceps. a rookie mistake i regret

Sorry, whats CKD? And, i think you should ditch the whole high rep thing. Just lift heavy n hard. Go for a run once or twice a week if you wanna lose weight, unless you already do. Looks like a crazy workout ^^ [img]/forum/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img]

HEEN- the ckd is cycialic(sp) ketosis diet. basically you go in ketosis for 5 days then up your carbs and lower fat intake for 2 days

10 min hiit

i hate cardio with a passion. i felt like i was gonna die after hiit.

i didnt get to do legs cause i couldnt get to the gym and i dont have equipment in my garage for it. so i am gonna try to get to the gym for legs tomorrow
but i will be doing cardio in the morning

i am staying over at my freinds so ill be just a door away from the gym. tomorrow i am gonna do cardio, traps and abs in the am, and biceps, triceps, forearms in the p.m., i might do delts also.
this is what i am gonna do for legs
