Well my last journal pretty much failed, i got to busy helping freinds out in the gym rather that keeping track of what i was doing. well that is gonna come to a halt. no more will i help as much as i was.
i am currently cutting. age=21 height=5'8 weight=235 bf=unknown, around 20 ill be keeping my reps in the 12-15 range. i have weights at home that included a crappy bench. barbell, dumbells and many plates. so when i am unable to make it to the gym ill be in my cold a$$ garage. ive took a week or so off. so i am gonna head back in the gym with a hardcore attitude, no bullshyte talking and chatting with freinds. when i get in there its just gonna be me and the weights. my split will be like this 1-chest, back 2-legs, calves 3-delts, traps, abs 4-bis, tris, forearms 5-hiit, abs, calves i am basically planning on working out in the garage following this split in the morning. but when my freind gos to the gym and picks me up in the evening ill be doing the next step in the split and continue the sequence. i wont be posting my diet although on occasions when i do take the time to write it down ill post it. ill look forward to comments, cause that will help me keep going as hardcore as i plan to. |

so i woke up this morning and first thing of course was come here. as i was eating meal one pumped as hell to hit the weights. my freind called me and said he was picking me up. i was glad not to have to lift in the cold *** garage. instead of goin to my other freinds to lift (with all are equip combined we have a bad *** gym in his garage) we went to a actual gym. so my plan was bis, tris forearms. but i added delts. and removed forearms
