DaRkAnGeL getting motivated in 2004!!!!
Ok, here we are!!! The start (well sort of belated start I know) of a brand NEW YEAR!!!! And this year I have made myself a few little New Years resolutions (and set myself a few goals as well).
This year I intend to put 100% effort into my training (I usually do, but have sort of found myself wandering off course a bit lately due to work, other commitments etc, hence the motivation of a training journal to keep me on my toes) To start the ball rolling I shall be begininng a new 3 day split next week. Will post it in the next day or so.....and all advice, comments, etc will be most welcomed!!!! Will be posting progress photos again shortly (didn't realise it, but it has been almost a year since I last posted pics - how time flies!!!) Thanks Fi
