Ok, call me slooowww.....BUT! Let's say for example, I want
to blast my glutes & hammies....according to FP I would, on the first day, do 5reps of 5 different exercises?
i.e. 5 reps of leg curls,5 reps of SLDLs, 5 reps of lunges, and so on? Then on day 2 do 5reps of 3 exercises, etc... I'm sorry if I am not picking up what you're laying down....I just want to make sure I get it right!

choose one body part. either your glutes OR your hammies, not both.

he means on the 25 sets days you do 5 sets of 5 different exercises equaling 25 total sets. 5 sets of seated calf raises, 5 sets of standing calf raises, 5 sets of leg press calf raises, etc.

woudnt this be overtraining... i thought if you wree to train a muscle 3 days in a row, you would definately be overtraining it. have the people who used it seen really good results? any bad results?

Yes, it is a shocking method to be used occasionally. If you use this method frequently you definitely will overtrain. I also recommend it only for when you are bulking and taking in plenty of quality calories for optimal recovery. And make sure to get your PWO shake in after each workout! and yes i would do the rest of my workout as well. i would probably change my split around so that the other body parts fell on the low volume days though for time's sake.
