Ok, call me slooowww.....BUT! Let's say for example, I want
to blast my glutes & hammies....according to FP I would, on the first day, do 5reps of 5 different exercises? i.e. 5 reps of leg curls,5 reps of SLDLs, 5 reps of lunges, and so on? Then on day 2 do 5reps of 3 exercises, etc... I'm sorry if I am not picking up what you're laying down....I just want to make sure I get it right! |

I also recommend it only for when you are bulking and taking in plenty of quality calories for optimal recovery. And make sure to get your PWO shake in after each workout!
