Default From Small Beginnings...

After much contemplation, I've decided to start my journal on this site to track my progress.

I'm a little over 6 feet and 140 pounds. If you think that's bad, two weeks ago I was at 134. Earlier this year I started eating right and upping my calorie intake. Last week I completed my first full routine in the gym and am **** proud if I do say so myself.

Hopefully I'll have a picture of myself up soon. I have high expectations for my program and I hope to see some good results over the next months. Our very own Goldmill, a friend of mine, is what I'd call my personal trainer and a **** good one at that.

I'll get more extensive and more informative in my journal as time goes by, but til then...

Thanks guys. I'm making it a habit to weigh myself everyday now, but even more important I met my goal for this week and gained 2 additional pounds. That's 7 pounds total so far. We're getting there...

Great job on your gains so far!

I would suggest weighing yourself only one day per week. Weight can fluctuate quite a bit from day to day.
