Default Turkey Meatballs and Sauce

I did another experiment and I really liked this one. It's quick and easy, and you can make a lot of servings all at once. You could certainly use ground beef or chicken instead of turkey too.

Turkey Meatballs:
2.6 lb. 93% lean ground turkey
6 oz package spinach, chopped (I used fresh, but frozen would be fine too)
1 medium red bell pepper, diced
4 egg whites
1/2 cup ground black walnuts (any kind of nut is fine)
2 Tbsp dehydrated onion flakes
1 Tbsp garlic powder

*Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, shape into balls, and bake for 30-40 minutes on a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray (I lined my cookie sheet with sprayed alluminum foil for easy clean-up ). Drain fat and serve.

Entire Recipe/30 meatballs: 2,268.8 calories, 244.13 protein, 54.33 carbohydrates, 119.44 fat
One Serving/3 meatballs: 226.82 calories, 24.41 protein, 5.43 carbohydrates, 11.94 fat

Horseradish Mustard Vinaigrette:
1 Tbsp horseradish mustard
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp flax oil
1 packet splenda

*Combine all ingredients and stir!

29.17 calories, 0 protein, 1.6 carbohydrates, 2.53 fat

--Honestly, I thought this vinaigrette would taste terrible, but I think it's great! It's kind of like a sweet and sour mustard salad dressing.

The macros for one 3-piece serving of meatballs and one serving of sauce are:
256 calories, 24.41 protein, 7.03 carbohydrates, 14.47 fat

Made some of these today, except I didn't have any walnuts to throw in. Just wanted to say thanks, these taste amazing. I used GetPsycho's BBQ recipe that he posted on another discussion and the two went together perfectly. Keep em coming Tuf. GetPsycho that BBQ you suggested is great. Its my new sauce for almost everthing.
