diet looks good man
the only thing is the bread at 6:30
no bread on a cut [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] or if you do try and make it early in the day

I should probably put another serving of veggies in there too huh? But everything else looks good? thats great! I'm trying to not go under 2000cals but not over 2200.

The only critique I have is that you need to get more EFA's. Read this

wednesday, feb 4th

Today was leg day, it felt alittle weak. does anyone have any comments on the 12week leg workout, like should i add something more to it? i get done with it pretty quick, like in 30-45min. Also ive only been taking half of a PWO shake on leg day because it hasnt been a very hard workout. is this ok? SEND HELP!

You could always try the leg workout in the 13 week program. THere are 2 of them as well. I did the first one and its pretty hardcore. 12 sets of various kinds of leg presses followed with 3 sets of squats.

Bi's, back, and forearms!

I really have been seeing some good definition in my arms and now finally my back. I cant wait to get further into my cut to see more!

8:30
1 scoop whey
1/2c oats
1/2 ff milk

9:30
Workout

post workout (usually 10:30-10:45)
2 scoops whey
48 grams of carbs---50%malto 50%dex (im not to sure if this is the amounts i should be using)

11:30
TURKEY AND JALEPENO OMLETT
1 whole egg
2 whites
jalepenos chopped
2 oz. turkey
1/2Tbsp Olive oil

1:30
1can tuna w/hot sauce
2 ryvita crackers
1 cup green beans

4:00
Canned protein drink

6:30
turkey sandwich w/ lettuce (whole wheat bread)

9:00-9:30
4oz lean beaf
a huge salad with olive oil based dressing

If I were you I'd put your turkey sandwhich earlier in the day and move the tuna and green beans or omlette meal to replace the sandwhich meal. Basically you want your starchy carbs earlier in the day and as the day progresses get all of your carbs in the form of veggies. Just a though
