I should probably put another serving of veggies in there too huh? But everything else looks good? thats great! I'm trying to not go under 2000cals but not over 2200.

8:30 Oats 1/2c 1 scoop whey water 9:30 HIIT, abs 11:00 1/2c refried beans 1can tuna water 1:30 spirulina/ginseng bar (low carb, high fiber, low sugar) 1 scoop whey 3:30 4oz Lean beef Salad w/olive oil based dressing 6:00 1/2c oats canned protein 8:00 Low carb protein bar 10:30 omlett 1 whole egg 2 whites 1/2 Tbsp olive oil jalepenos 1.5oz lean beef totals Cals- 2021 Fat-66 Carbs-129.5 Protein-221 ANY COMMENTS WELCOME!

wednesday, feb 4th
Today was leg day, it felt alittle weak. does anyone have any comments on the 12week leg workout, like should i add something more to it? i get done with it pretty quick, like in 30-45min. Also ive only been taking half of a PWO shake on leg day because it hasnt been a very hard workout. is this ok? SEND HELP!

THere are 2 of them as well. I did the first one and its pretty hardcore. 12 sets of various kinds of leg presses followed with 3 sets of squats.

Thursday, Feb. 5th, Day 4 of my cut......
Todays Workout Bi's, back, and forearms! I really have been seeing some good definition in my arms and now finally my back. I cant wait to get further into my cut to see more!

Basically you want your starchy carbs earlier in the day and as the day progresses get all of your carbs in the form of veggies. Just a though
