<font color="red"> Chest - 4 sets </font> Incline Pushups - 30, 25 Flat Bench Dumbbell Pullover Press Lateral - 20x10, 20x10 ----- <font color="red"> Delts </font> Side Laterals - 20x10, 20x10, 20x10, 20x10 Rear Laterals - 40x10, 50x10, 50x10 (didn't have enough weight at home to up the dumbbells anymore) Seated Barbell Military Press - 70x10, 90x10 Upright Rows - 70x10, 90x8, 95x6 notes: worked out at home as I'm home for reading week. My regular gym was closed on this fine Sunday eve. Didn't have enough 10s for the dumbbells to do anything more on the rear laterals, man I remember when I had TOO much weight! First day a couple years ago when I came home with all the weights I loaded up a dumbbell with 40lb., and could barely do anything with it! I couldn't do anything more than hold it with a straight arm! Now I can hammer curl it, you name it.

killer workouts man, dips went up huge on day five there, great work with that...looking forward to pounding the iron with you sometime this week...keep up the hard work, I'm sure its paying off bigtime...

okay, here's whats been happening since I last updated. I was home for reading week from school and was continuing the Zane Blitz on the chest, but ended up straining my lower back, mostly due to a couple bad sleeps, but not helped by some bad bench pressing. I think I was arching my back, something I usually don't do, but after all that chest work for over a week I guess I just got sloppy and my already weakened spinal erectors gave way. So anyway I took the remainder of the week off to just heal everything. Even still I made decent progress on my chest and the shape has definitely improved. Not a lost cause.
As of Monday I've been back on and my training has never been better or more hardcore. The split I'm going with right now looks like this: day 1 - biceps, triceps, calves day 2 - quads, hams day 3 - delts, traps day 4 - posing day 5 - back, forearms day 6 - chest, abs I'm not sure if I'm gonna update after each workout right now. I weight just over 182 and I want to hit 195 by the end of April. Really tough goal but if I don't set the bar high I won't even get close. I think it'll actually be possible to do it, there seems to be new life in my workouts and my muscles are definitely responding! Just under 2 months to hit my goal. It will be done.

weight update: I've officially hit 184! 11 more pounds to go till 195.

another weight update. I'm at 185 and I'm my gains are really looking like they're taking off based on what I see in the mirror more so than what the scale says. I had to up my calorie intake earlier in the week and I think its paying dividends. 10 more pounds to go. But more importantly I'm really honing in on what I feel is lacking before I start my cut and have to look at for summer. Biceps are lacking, and my chest is slighty but I think I've got a handle on it. Everything else I'm just pounding really hard and I'm responding well.

huge delt/trap/forearm workout tonight. pumped like there's no tomorrow! everything is starting to look really good and i'm really happy with my progress. i wasn't planning on weighing myself but thought i would anyway except that i had a light sweater on which i usually don't, and i weighed in at 189! i know the sweater doesn't weigh 4 pounds so i've definitely gained again. i'll check my weight properly in the next couple of days. my bet is its at around 187 right now.
