Started training a friend today, she's into it hardcore. Went to get some supplements earlier in the day for her, then did a back/biceps/forearms workout tonight. Gonna be fun to work with someone else in trying to get them results. I'm not gonna keep track of it here but I'm going to try and get her to start a journal on here. She's already been reading all the articles!

Taking a few days off training, I've got a friend coming for the weekend and I've decided to do a little drinking. My bulk's going so well that I figure I should let loose for a couple days. Get right back on it Monday.

Alright, my drinking weekend is over, I drank Thursday night on stage and after my show (I'm a musician) and last night (Saturday). So I partied hard but back to work it is and I'm getting chills sitting here thinking about it! This week is gonna have some INTENSE training! OH YEAH! Back to what I love, no more alcohol 'till April 28th on my birthday when my bulk is officially over!
I was thinking of doing the Zane blitz for the next two weeks... Going to think that over tonight, as I'm getting back on the training tomorrow. So I guess you'll just have to wait and see what I put in my journal tomorrow! Cheers

Well I didn't want to hold you guys in suspense any longer [img]/forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img], I've been figuring out my plan for the next two weeks... it will be the Zane Blitz! And the lucky muscle group? The Chest! Its lacking on me, so that it will be. Split Plan: 1. Chest (25 sets) 2. Chest (15 sets), Biceps 3. Chest (10 sets), Shoulders/Traps 4. Back 5. Chest (25 sets) 6. Chest (4 sets), Legs 7. rest 8. Biceps 9. Chest (25 sets) 10. Chest (15 sets), Shoulders/Traps 11. Chest (10 sets), 12. Back 13. Chest (25 sets) 14. Chest (4 sets), Legs 15. rest 16. rest Exercise Plan: Day 1 (25 sets - 5x5) 1. Flat Barbell Bench Press 2. Incline Dumbbell Bench Press 3. Flat Bench Flys 4. Standing Cable Crossovers 5. Parallel Bar Chest Dips Day 2 (15 sets - 3x5) 1. Decline Barbell Bench Press 2. Flat Dumbbell Bench Press 3. Incline Flys Day 3 (10 sets - 3x4,4,2) 1. Incline Barbell Bench Press 2. Arnold Dumbbell Bench Press 3. Pushups Day 5 (same as Day 1) Day 6 (4 sets - 2x2) 1. Pec Deck 2. Decline Bent-Arm Dumbbell Pullover Press Lateral repeat for second cycle Starting it on Tuesday as I just realized I'm going to a concert tomorrow so I'm gonna do some cardio tomorrow. I have to keep in mind I'm a hypertrophy athlete, the numbers really don't mean anything. I'm looking forward to tomorrow, bring it on! My chest is gonna be huge after this!

<font color="red"> Chest - 15 sets </font> Decline Barbell Bench Press - 45x20, 115x10, 135x8, 145x6, 145x5 Flat Bench Dumbbell Bench Press - 40x6, 40x6, 40x6, 40x6, 40x8 Incline Dumbbell Flys - 20x10, 20x10, 20x10, 20x10, 20x10 notes: felt pretty good with my lifts today, better than yesterday. man i love the the decline bb bp! it just feels awesome to me with that stretch and puttin power into it. my chest just looks huge to me again, great pump, and its starting to get a little more sore than it was. didn't do arms because i was cooked energy wise and wanted to get out of there. plus i'm not going to be doing my triceps for the two weeks unless i hit them lightly on one of the main rest days in between the two weeks.

<font color="red"> Chest - 10 sets </font> Incline Barbell Bench Press - 45x20, 115x10, 135x5, 135x6 (w/ forced rep on last) Arnold Dumbbell Bench Press - 30x10, 30x8, 30x8, 30x10 Widegrip Pushups - 15, 11 notes: its official... LOVE THE ZANE BLITZ... while my weights are starting to lower due to muscle exhaustion, I feel stronger than ever and my pecs are lookin awesome so far from hitting them from so many angles. Can't wait for them to repair and grow for real! Went to absolute failure on those pushups, right until I collapsed. Loved every second of it. I was tight for time tonight so once again I haven't touched any other muscle groups. All is well though, I'm gonna start hitting more groups on Saturday. The rest of my body could use the break anyway.

My chest looks much bigger than when I started which is almost weird but my sleeping and diet has been awesome so I'm probably doing a good job recovering on the go. So much fun.

wow these workouts look crazy, hitting chest like everyday. Thats awesome that youre seeing growth already too. Are you back this week or is your reading week a different week?
