Second half of the arms workout that was cut short last night...

Triceps

Close Grip Bench Press - 73x20, 93x10, 103x8, 113x6

Skull Crushers - 73x10, 83x8, 93x6

Dips - 8 reps, 7 reps

Angle Bar Pushdown - 50x10, 50x8, 50x7

Engorged the tris with a ton of blood, did dips for the first time and loved em. They killed me and I'm looking forward to them next time! Hopefully my workouts can get back to normal now but at the same time, these shortened workouts have been just as intense for me as any other and my diet is working well!

edit: entered the wrong weights for the first two exercises.. cleared up now

Due to midterms right now I'm arranging my days off accordingly, so I've moved legs to tomorrow, and today I decided to do some posing.

Posing - 30 minutes

Front Double Biceps - 30 sec.
Front Lat Spread - 30 sec.
Side Chest - 15 sec. per side
Back Double Biceps - 30 sec.
Back Lat Spread - 30 sec.
Side Triceps - 15 sec. per side
Abs and Thighs - 30 sec.
Most Muscular - 30 sec.

Front Double Biceps - 30 sec.
Front Lat Spread - 30 sec.
Side Chest - 30 sec. per side
Back Double Biceps - 30 sec.
Back Lat Spread - 30 sec.
Side Triceps - 30 sec. per side
Abs and Thighs - 30 sec.
Most Muscular - 30 sec.

free posing routine (made up on the spot with compulsory poses and extras like Sergio's overhead arm pose, some of Lee's classical poses, etc) worked on transitions.

Front Double Biceps - 5 sec.
Front Lat Spread - 5 sec.
Side Chest - 5 sec. per side
Back Double Biceps - 5 sec.
Back Lat Spread - 5 sec.
Side Triceps - 5 sec. per side
Abs and Thighs - 5 sec.
Most Muscular - 5 sec.
Sergio Pose - 5 sec.
Most Muscular - 5 sec.

felt good, tough near the end when I was banging them off really quickly.

comments are definitely welcome, especially tips and other poses that you guys have used to incorporate.

Hey,

I read that you started out on the 24 mass blitz. I am getting ready to start it. I tired it about a year ago, but fell behind and gave up on it, it is pretty intense. But anyway this past year i've really been hitting the gym and i think i'm ready now to try the 24 mass blitz again. So anyway i've got some questions to ask you about it. I am 21 and in college and saw that you are 19 and in school, so you've probably enountered many of the things i want to ask you about it. Anyway if you e-mail me at rsimmons@utk.edu
i would appreciate it a lot, if not just post up here and i can leave my posts on abc. thanks buddy.

I just finished the 24 mass workout thing like 2 weeks ago. I definetly have some of my sorest mornings from that program. One thing I didnt like is how it doesnt really get into a lot of volume for triceps and calfs. But overall I made some big strength gains from it.

yeah I know what ya mean... my tris at first were shocked by the program b/c it was all new to them, but my whole arm complex ended up a little bit behind everything else. And just like you I made fantastic strength gains and even mass gains. Well worth it and hardcore. Lots of fun.

Quads/Hams

Squats (Supersetted Sissy Squats) - 115x15, 185x10, 205x8, 225x3 (1x10), 225x2 (1x6)

Leg Curls - 51x10, 57x8, 64x6

Leg Extensions (supersetted Sissy Squats)[tripleset 5 second peak contraction leg curls with 5 second negatives] - 135x10, 135x10, 135x10 (1x10), 135x10 (1x10) [57x2]

I don't know what to think of tonight's workout... let me start with saying I've never been able to walk worse, so that means it was intense right??... But I think my mind was thrown off immediately by how I struggled so much with the squat tonight and couldn't compare to my last couple leg workouts... I went down on that last set on the third rep and never got back up!! so at least I pushed it to the max...

so anyway I decided to call an audible and instead of going... Squats, Front Squats, Leg Press, Leg Curls... I added the Sissy Squats to make up for my lackluster performance on the Squats and mixed things up from there. So I think I ended up making a great workout out of feeling like crap.

I realized however my heart is out of shape. I was having trouble keeping up with the intensity of my workout and the weights I'm lifting. Cardio time.
