Well I will start this journal off on a bad note. A week ago today I was riding with an aquaintence in his sports car to a mutual friend's house when he decided to show off and flipped his car off the side of the road, rolling the car and giving me minor head and neck injuries. The worst part about it however, is the fact that the accident injured my left shoulder fairly badly, and it has yet to even begin to feel the slightest bit better. I went to an orthopedist today and he scheduled me for an MRI of my shoulder one week from today. Once the results are in (he assumes the results to be negative for some reason), I have two options: one is to start physical therapy, and the second is to have surgery where they make two small insertions in my shoulder and "heat shrink" the joint to tighten everything up. I'm not sure which direction to head in, but one thing is for sure and that is my shoulder is in pain. Just walking increases the pain Click the link below for pics of the addident, I was riding in the passenger front seat. http://68.6.75.201:8081/~photos/rolloveraddicent -Tyler **COMMENTS AND ADVICE ARE ALWAYS WELCOME IN THIS THREAD**

I am sorry to hear about your accident, Tyler. I am thankful that you are alive. I hope things go well with whatever route you decide to go--physical therapy or surgery. I hope you can return to the iron soon!

Thank you for your concerns Tuf Well I got the MRI results in today, and they were negative. I was also clearned to start physical therapy, despite the pain it gives me. A little pain is of no issue to me, I was only concerned about making my injury worse. Back to the gym I go.....with my 2lb weights
